We offer a paid inspection service to verify the authenticity of products before completing a purchase. If a purchase is made directly from the seller without our inspection, Batra bears no responsibility for the transaction.

If the buyer requests an inspection, the seller must deliver the item to Batra before completing the sale. Failure or refusal to do so will result in immediate removal of the listing.

The seller confirms that all provided information is accurate and that the item is authentic, not counterfeit, stolen, or smuggled. If proven otherwise, the seller is responsible for refunding all amounts received and will bear full legal responsibility under the laws of the State of Qatar.

Product inspection is conducted only upon the buyer’s request before purchase, to ensure the item matches its description. If the buyer cancels after inspection, the inspection fee is non-refundable.

Products will only be listed after payment of the agreed advertising fee. If the client requests to cancel the listing, the fee remains non-refundable.

To ensure a safe transaction, both buyer and seller must coordinate with Batra before completing any purchase.

The platform is only responsible for listed products according to agreed terms and policies.

Batra provides authenticity and quality verification after the buyer approves all product details, condition, and price, and before completing the purchase.

Listings will not be deleted after sale; contact details will be removed and replaced with “Sold.”

Batra is not legally responsible for any disputes between buyer and seller regarding the product, its specifications, or price.

Batra reserves the right to update these policies at any time in accordance with Qatari law, without prior notice.

Users under 18 are not allowed to use the platform without prior approval.

For customers outside Qatar:
Batra offers inspection and international shipping services. Clients must contact Batra before purchasing. If the client deals directly with the seller without involving Batra, the company bears no responsibility.

If shipping is requested without inspection, Batra is only responsible for shipping, not the product or its condition.

We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations. All transactions are conducted in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Final amounts may vary in other currencies.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 24 hours only if there is a clear defect not shown in photos.

Returns based on personal preference are not accepted.

Advertising and inspection fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.
